Amy Wang recently took the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ("LEED") examination and passed.  She now is a LEED Green Associate and is accredited as having the basic knowledge and skill in understanding and supporting green design, construction, and operations.  This allows Ward and Smith to counsel and represent clients on green building project development, satisfaction of green building codes, and in green building litigation.  With this certification, Amy will be able to help clients who are interested in "green" leases, construction contracts, renovations, stormwater management, and other energy- and environmental-efficiency projects.
